CD REPLICATION
SMALL RUNS VS LARGE RUNS of FINISHED MEDIA:
SMALL RUNS of Audio Compact Disks (just a few CDs) usually entail the creation of CD-R technologies. A CD is essentially copied and "BURNED".
With LARGE RUNS (a BUNCH of CDs!!), The more costly "Glass Master" approach has more startup expense and is usually reserved for runs of at least 500 or more units through a replication company. With this technique, a GLASS MASTER is created from a master CD and used as the "master copy". The creation of the glass master, if applicable, is either manufactured in-house at the replication company or outsourced to a vendor company BY the replication company.
COST FACTORS
The typical rule for replication is: the more volume you order, the less cost per "unit". This applies to whether you are doing a SMALL RUN or LARGE RUN. Volume usually dictates price. The clear reason is that setup costs are always the same and must be factored in to every replication job.

YOUR GRAPHICS
If we create your graphics, we can serve as a liason between you and Burncycle, Inc., a cd replication company in Smyrna, (outside of Atlanta). Why do we like Burncycle so much? We are happy with their work and prices. They accept high resolution 300 dpi JPEGs for graphics without insisting on using their "templates". And our Burncycle friends Donnie Glass and Matt Roberts have gotten to know some Niko Records Studio clients extremely well by continually replicating run after run of the same projects for them.
Visit their site at www.burncycleinc.com. They historically turn work around very quickly and perform replication at an extremely reasonable cost. Matt at Burncycle tells us they are also performing LARGE RUNS; anywhere from 1000 to 10000 units is possible.
YOUR PROJECT IS ALMOST READY...........
After your graphics are finished by us, we can place your order for you. Burncycle contacts you when they are ready. You pay for your order directly to Burncycle, Inc. and voila. Your CDs are shipped right to your door.
Finally, you may have your own preference for a replication company. Not a problem. You will have your master disk from Niko Records Studio and can either make your own copies or pursue a course with a replication company of your own choosing. No matter how you slice it, you have a new CD!
